Adam Johnson, Kentucky Employment Lawyer

I was born in Ashland, Kentucky, and I was raised by a single, full-time working mother and a loving grandmother.  While many of my colleagues are from a long lineage of lawyers, I am proud to be the first attorney in my family. I am a proud descendant of steelworkers and a multi-generational Eastern Kentucky family, and I work every day to make my blue-collar ancestors proud.

As a recognition of that hard work, I have been selected as a Kentucky SuperLawyer Rising Star for the past two years. While it is not common to be recognized so early in the Plaintiff bar, the work I have dedicated myself to has spoken for itself.

 As a plaintiff employment lawyer, I represent employees across Kentucky in the full range of employment law matters. My work includes discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour disputes, and pregnancy discrimination, along with workers' compensation retaliation and Kentucky Personnel Board matters for state employees.
